We have been teaching Malaysian martial arts in London and Luton since 1995, mostly part time.
Our aim now is to propagate this beautiful art by teaching through schools and younger people as well as the select specialist groups of dedicated experienced martial artists. With the knowledge gained through treating and working alongside world class athletes, we have structured a warm up and stretching program to ensure that your body is prepared for the rigours of exercise.
Silat/ Malaysian kickboxing is a blend of styles we use to teach skills. There are the gross motor skills of punching and kicking as well as movement drills to enable you to take evasive action, whether it is from someone attacking you, or from a snowball or someone running into you (as has happened to me on several occasions!!)
We also cover ideas to combat bullying and how to deal with aggression both in ourselves and others, and can use these in class to help with real life. (SEE bullying page).

OUR PRINCIPLES
We believe in holding to the principles of HUMILITY, HONOUR, RESPECT, DIGNITY, LOYALTY, AND FRIENDSHIP. Our aim is to teach these principles by our actions, and by our words, so that we can inspire others to behave in like manner.
I want more for the people that train with me, I want you to truly understand what you are doing, why you are doing it, when to do it, what the strengths and weaknesses are, where you can alter your techniques, and what to do if your opponent does. I want you to know your stuff better than the back of your hand.
